Bob was born in Colorado Springs and graduated from Colorado Springs High School (Palmer High School). He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and upon returning to Colorado Springs began a life long career in real estate.
Robert C. Irwin
Bob was born in Colorado Springs and graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School. Bob attended the University of Colorado, Oxford University, England, and the University of Colorado School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Bob joined his dad in the real estate business, co-founding CMDC in 1994. Bob is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.

Lena joined the company in 2002 and performs numerous administrative functions for the company.
